Having entered the first couple days of March, it has become quite apparent that we have hit some really powerful energy. I have been watching Equinoxes over the past 12 years, and they just seem to be getting more and more powerful. I have been having powerful visions/dreams... and nightmares (unusual for me) where I see dark beings rising up from the underworld, and I fight to stop them. The last couple of nights I could not tell if I was still here, or if I had crossed over to the next world. I can feel my nervous system getting re-wired or short circuited . . . it is hard to tell which in this moment. Some of the pieces that I have collected over the last 20 years are just now coming together. All this makes me feel like everything is about to change. I wonder sometimes how we can endure the rise in intensity. But somehow we do.

The entire month of MARCH, that surrounds the Equinox, will be an intense emotional roller coaster month. We will feel far more sensitive to the world. Things might seem so dark that we wonder if we can survive this time. Many people have been having unfounded fears of dying or that the world is ending. Will this shift be comfortable? NO! But will we emerge Masters of it? Absolutely YES! We are going to get REALLY CLEAR about what is not working any more to the point that we will be forced to make many shifts in our lives to continue on. The world is going to change. Our lives are going to change. We cannot tolerate the injustices and misuses of energy and power in this world anymore.

This month is beginning to really look like what I would call a Global Dark Night of the Soul. This sounds really scary, but it is not. Dark Night of the Soul, by nature, is deliberately transformative. It feels like death on all levels. While we may feel battered and worn in the transformation, realize that our Spirits are being tempered in the process. It is MOST IMPORTANT to surrender and trust the process. These unrelenting and intense times help us build spiritual strength by showing us our weak spots. It shows us where we are becoming Masters in our lives. This a necessary step for our ability to evolve into the 5th world. What a great opportunity for all of US!

It will be imperative at this time of powerful energy, coupled by the Equinox, to be helpful and cooperative with each other. Be good to each other. Love each other. Help each other. This is the beginning of the new world and the birth of a new community. We are the baby chicks struggling to get out of the egg, the caterpillar fighting its way out of the cocoon. The birthing process is hard but well worth the effort. We are not going to give up. We are about to bust free of the limitations that we have tolerated for way too long. The time is so close now . . . the times are so powerful . . . We are letting go of this world . . . .

This Equinox is going to be emotionally challenging for most all of us, but it will also prepare us for the entire year of HUGE transformation and spiritual awakening. This awakening cannot be stopped. I bet you have tried top stop it, so you could be comfortable, at one time or another. It is not going to work this time. This is a time of break downs, losses and dissolving old paradigms on all levels. This is a time of GREAT OPPORTUNITY. We can't build a new temple without tearing down the old one. It is time to get BRAVE . . . get out the spiritual work clothes and go to work.

The two eclipses in the month of March will light up any shadows in your back closet that you have yet to clean out. Eclipses shine light into our own darkness. On March 14th there is a Full Moon lunar eclipse triggering even more emotional tidal waves.

In these most powerful times, it is very helpful to give yourself time in a sacred place in nature. Sacred places, like mountain tops and temple sites, hold and support higher frequencies, so the transformation comes MUCH EASIER and with MORE CLARITY. If you can get away sometime in the month of March, especially around Equinox, it will ease the transition considerably. Also, high altitudes (over 7000 feet), forks in rivers, water falls, the oceans (silicon beach sand can elevate the issues), or deep deserts can clear our heads and lighten the heart.

This is a time where our Spirits are being tested to reach and maintain a higher level of impeccability and personal mastery. Becoming Masters is NOT about avoiding our feelings and emotions, but being master over how we react to them no matter what the outer circumstances. Not feeling our emotions is flat lining. We are here to LIVE. So feel the issues, do not take them personally, and rise above them and help those around you.

Really describes what I have had going on: the nightmares/visions; intense learning curve, not knowing where I am, and being grateful to wake up whole in the morning, etc. I have been given gifts in those dreams which I now use! I have made breakthroughs that were not possible without this intense energy; stepped up discernment that had me reconsider and remove myself from certain circumstances that would have been harmful to me ~ and truly understanding and transforming the reasons behind why I put myself in that situation (finally!), knowing that I can create and use energy that I thought I needed to be "trained" to use is now a part of my Beingness ~ it is very exciting! I am alone, but usually I cope with it, I felt I didn't want to come back to Cyprus after a week in London but I had to come back. Everything you say makes so much sense, I see the light at the end of the tunnel and the first glimmers in April, so patience is needed and trust, yet again and again. I thought I'd just drop you a line re a dream/vision you experienced about dark energies arising and you doing battle with them, etc. This caught my attention as I have recently become interested in Michael Tsarion's work and am keenly immersed in his book: "Atlantis, Alien Visitation and Genetic Manipulation" (thoroughly researched with very convincing "theories"). He describes himself as a mystic and alternative historian and firmly believes that in the next year or so there will be an explosion in awareness and we will know our "true" history. �. All that to say, when I read about your vision, it immediately made me think of something he had written where he said that Iraq is a sort of "negative" power point (one of a number I think) and that there were dark entities interred under the ground there that were in a sort of dormant condition but ready to rise and come above ground (to wreak havoc or words to that effect). He mentioned that this was fairly imminent as Iraq (as well as the Ireland - Gallic - interestingly enough) is the cradle of civilization and wasn't it coincidental that "we" have returned there (war in Iraq) and there is such a build up of negative energy there. Well I wanted to pass this onto you as I find your newsletters illuminating and they make me think. Best wishes. Susan

Thanks so much for your incredible messages about the equinox, which I have fwd'd to several people already and read aloud to my youngest daughter. It's so great to have people like you tuning in and sending it out while the rest of us have our noses to the grindstone, so to speak! I'm about to become an empty nester so I'm looking fwd to getting back in the flow of more serious spiritual work, info gathering, and networking, and looking for where I need to be, which could be anywhere on this sweet planet. For some reason, reading your message to my daughter reminded me of when I moved to Mt Shasta from Germany in 1991 and brought some pieces of the Berlin Wall to Panther Meadows (about 9000ft up, on Shasta). Nu we de eerste paar dagen van Maart gehad hebben, is het heel duidelijk geworden dat we een werkelijk krachtige energie aangeboord hebben. Ik heb al twaalf jaar equinoxen gevolgd, en ze lijken me elke keer sterker en sterker te worden. Ik heb krachtige dromen en visioenen gehad en zelfs nachtmerries (ongebruikelijk voor mij) waarin ik donkere wezens zie opkomen vanuit de onderwereld, en ik vecht om ze te stoppen. De laatste paar nachten kon ik niet zeggen of ik er nog was, of dat ik overgegaan was naar de volgende wereld. Ik kan voelen dat mijn zenuwstelsel opnieuw bedraad wordt of kortgesloten..... het is moeilijk te zeggen op dit moment. Sommige van de stukjes die ik al twintig jaar verzamel komen nu pas samen. Dit allemaal doet me voelen dat alles gaat veranderen. Ik vraag me soms af hoe we deze stijging in intensiteit kunnen verdragen. Maar op een of andere manier lukt het ons.

De hele maand MAART, die de equinox omringt, zal een intensieve emotionele achtbaan-maand worden. We zullen veel gevoeliger worden naar de wereld. Dingen zullen zo donker worden dat we ons afvragen of we deze keer wel zullen overleven. Veel mensen hebben ongefundeerde angsten om dood te gaan of dat de wereld zal eindigen. Zal deze verschuiving comfortabel zijn? NEE! Maar zullen we het te boven komen als Meesters? Absoluut JA! We krijgen het WERKELIJK DUIDELIJK wat er niet meer werkt tot het punt dat we gedwongen worden om vele verschuivingen te maken in onze levens om door te kunnen gaan. De wereld gaat werkelijk veranderen. Onze levens gaan veranderen. We kunnen geen onrecht en misbruik van energie en macht in deze wereld meer verdragen.

Deze maand begint er werkelijk uit te zien als wat ik zou noemen een Wereldwijde Donkere Nacht van de Ziel. Dat klinkt echt eng, maar dat is het niet. Een Donkere Nacht van de Ziel is van nature opzettelijk transformerend. Het voelt op alle niveaus als een dood. Terwijl we ons uitgeput en versleten voelen in de transformatie, realiseren we ons dat onze Geesten onderdrukt worden in het proces. Het is HEEL BELANGRIJK om je daaraan over te geven en het proces te vertrouwen. Deze intense tijden helpen onze spirituele kracht op te bouwen door ons onze zwakke plekken te laten zien. Het laat ons zien waar we Meesters geworden zijn in ons leven. Dit is een noodzakelijke stap voor ons vermogen om naar de 5e wereld over te gaan. Wat een grote mogelijkheid voor ons ALLEMAAL!

Het is van vitaal belang in deze tijd van krachtige energie, gekoppeld aan de equinox, om hulpvaardig te zijn en samen te werken met elkaar. Wees goed voor elkaar. Houd van elkaar. Help elkaar. Dit is het begin van de nieuwe wereld en de geboorte van een nieuwe samenleving. Wij zijn de kuikentjes die worstelen om uit het ei te komen, de rups die zich een weg vecht uit de cocon. Het geboorteproces is zwaar maar is de inspanning meer dan waard. Wij gaan het niet opgeven. Wij zijn klaar om uit te barsten uit de beperkingen die we al veel te lang verdragen hebben. De tijd is zo dichtbij nu.....de tijden zijn zo krachtig.....We laten deze wereld los.....

Deze equinox is een emotionele uitdaging voor de meesten van ons, maar zal ons ook klaarmaken voor een heel jaar van ENORME transformatie en spiritueel ontwaken. Dit ontwaken kan niet gestopt worden. Ik wed dat je geprobeerd hebt om het te stoppen, zodat je comfortabel zou kunnen blijven, af en toe. Deze keer werkt dat niet meer. Dit is een tijd van afbreken, verlies en oplossen van oude paradigma's op alle niveaus. Dit is een tijd van GROTE MOGELIJKHEDEN. We kunnen geen nieuwe tempel bouwen zonder de oude eerst te slopen. Het is tijd om MOEDIG te zijn..... om de spirituele werkkleding uit te doen en om aan het werk te gaan.

De twee equinoxen in de maand Maart zullen alle schaduwen in je achtertuin oplichten die je nog moet schoonmaken. Equinoxen stralen licht in onze eigen duisternis. Op 14 Maart is er een Volle Maan verduistering die zelfs nog meer emotionele vloedgolven zal veroorzaken.

In deze zeer krachtige tijden, helpt het zeer goed om jezelf tijd te geven op een heilige plaats in de natuur. Heilige plaatsen, zoals bergtoppen en tempels, houden hogere frequenties vast en ondersteunen ze, zodat de transformaties VEEL MAKKELIJKER en met MEER HELDERHEID plaats kunnen vinden. Als je ergens in Maart even ertussenuit kan, vooral rond de equinox, dan zal de transformatie makkelijker gaan. Ook helpen grote hoogtes, splitsingen in rivieren, watervallen, oceanen (silicium zand op het op strand kan je optillen), of woestijnen om ons hoofd schoon en leeg te maken en lichten het hart op.

Dit is een tijd waarin onze Geesten getest worden om een hoger niveau van perfectie en persoonlijk meesterschap te bereiken. Meester worden is NIET je gevoelens en emoties te vermijden, maar meester te zijn over hoe we erop reageren ongeacht de omstandigheden. Niet meer onze emoties voelen is doodgaan. Wij zijn hier om te LEVEN. Dus voel de uitdagingen, neem ze niet altijd persoonlijk op, en stijg erboven uit en help degenen in jouw omgeving.
