REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS: Prior to sending your deposit, contact Aluna Joy to confirm space availability in the group, since we do book up fast. Pilgrimage Deposit: A deposit of 1/3 of the total tour price and your signed registration form is required to hold your space. $1,000 of your initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Contact Aluna Joy at [email protected] for Deposit Payment and Bank Wire Instructions. Your next payment of 1/3 of the total tour price will be due on or before January 1st, 2024. The balance is due on or before April 15th 2024. If we do not receive payments by listed due dates, your reservation will be canceled and refunds will be issued according to the cancellation policy. Registration for this pilgrimage may close 60 days before the start of the pilgrimage as we may not be able to acquire your accommodations.

PILGRIMAGE INCLUDES: All accommodations, your guides Aluna Joy and Marcus Mason, touring coach and driver, all entrance fees to archeological sites, museums, gardens, as listed in the itinerary. Private Group Visit in Stonehenge. Private Group Visit to Chalice Well Gardens. Meals: All dinners and 13 breakfasts and tips as listed in the itinerary. All dinners will have two courses consisting of an appetizer/starter and a main course. A vegetarian option will be made available. Tea and coffee are included with all breakfasts; They may not be covered for dinners. Internet will be available at all hotels/accommodations but may be restricted to lobby and common areas dependent on the hotel. Aluna Joy and Marcus Mason will be providing their spiritual guidance (heart donations for this are gratefully given and received at the end of the trip). All plans are subject to changes due to Spirit's calling. Also included will be laughs, joyful tears, and the beginning of lifelong friendships . . . just about everything a spirit could want! Plus, spiritual growth that cannot be measured by any standard! We guarantee that you will never be the same! You can ask us for past guest references if you like before you register.

NOT INCLUDED IN PILGRIMAGE: Air fares from your home to and from London's Heathrow Airport (LHR) in England, transport to and from our Heathrow airport to the hotel. Travel, Flight and Health Insurance. Meals not mentioned in the itinerary. Breakfast is not included while in Glastonbury Middlewick Cottages. You will have your own charming cottage kitchen in the Middlewick where you can create your own breakfast, or you can eat at their new cafe. Tea and coffee are not usually included with dinners. Also, not included are light gratuities for the bus driver, bellboys, maids, etc.... If you are called to tip them, we ask that you offer it from your heart. Laundry, telephone calls, alcoholic beverages, mineral and bottled water, soft drinks, and any other incidental or personal expenditures are not included.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be received in writing. $1,000 of your initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable with any other pilgrimage we offer. Any cancellations received 91 to 120 days before the tour commences will be charged a fee of 50% of total fare. Cancellations received 61 to 91 days before the tour commences will be charged a fee of 75% of total fare. No refund will be given for cancellations received 60 days or less before the tour commences. Please note that this pilgrimage involves costly upfront non-refundable deposits incurred by us in order to secure these arrangements. These losses are passed on to you should you decide to cancel. We suggest that you obtain travel insurance that covers trip cancellation for any reason if you have concerns.

Change of Price and Exchange Rate: All prices above are based on the British Pound that was converted into US dollars at the time of this posting. Exchange rates between these two currencies will fluctuate some during the time between this posting and pilgrimage dates. Even though we have planned ahead for this, in the case that there is an increase in trip costs, it may be necessary pass these slight increases on to you. These will reflect changes in currency exchange rates, fuel and transportation surcharges and cost increases beyond our control. You are agreeing with this possible increase when you sign this registration form. (Note: We don't expect this will happen, but we have no control over the markets and exchange rates.)

Waiver: I/we agree to take responsibility for all blessings and challenges that can happen while traveling. I/we agree to release Aluna Joy Yaxk'in and Marcus Mason from all responsibility and liability for any unforeseen circumstances and/or changes in the schedule due to acts of God (including but not limited to weather, earthquakes, etc...), acts of terrorism, and any other unforeseen events or mental / physical illnesses occurring during tour dates. Should you fail to list any serious medical issues, we reserve the right to cancel your trip. I/we understand that Aluna Joy Yaxk'in and Marcus Mason reserve the right to ask a group member to leave the tour if their behavior is harmful, disruptive or dangerous to the group. I/we understand that I/we are aware of and agree to the Registration, payment and cancellation policies, Change of Price and Exchange Rate and WAIVER and understand and agree to all of the above information.
