On this day 8 years ago, I entered the mythic Merlin's Cave at Tintagel. This sea side cave is only accessible at a brief, low tide. When entering from bright sunshine, it is nearly pitch black inside. But as we faced our fear of the dark and kept moving step by step, we could see the light at the other end of the cave. We were amazed to find the walls peppered in beautiful, violet stone. This day means more to me now than it did when I was there. It is a perfect metaphor for the exciting, life-changing energies that are arriving now.
A deep and profoundly vulnerable, transformational cycle seems to be the theme on this next incoming wave, and I see that this will be sticking around for a while. Here is the weird thing ... for the first time in 16 very LONG months, filled with confusing, ungrounded, detached, empty space, I feel pumped up like a bad ass warrior facing my version of Kryptonite, and seeing it for what it really is. My own apathy. The wait is over. It is time to take a major step!
This is a time where we will be challenged to face our most sensitive, vulnerable places. It is also an opportunity to discover our new strengths and super powers, only to see that it was only fear, indecision and illusion holding us back all this time. We are diving into the deep which can swiftly, and out of nowhere, take us to our knees with irrational, deep fears and painful, past life memories. Sometimes we will not even know why we have cried ourselves into a fetal position. It is time to do this. It is one of the last phases before we can enter our mastery and arrive in a new world. For us to finally heal the very traumas that we thought we were supposed to hide away, guard and protect, we have to allow that deep part of us be totally vulnerable, uncontrolled and naked.
We will RISE UP and SHED ourselves from the out-of-focus film of history ... these lingering traumas, wounds, losses, betrayals, situations, events, programs, limitations, etc.... We must feel the fear, and face it anyway. And when we do, we will find a whole new layer of divine power and self love within us that we didn't even know existed! This is our new super power. It has arrived. By being open to receiving this incredible opportunity with arms wide open, we are trusting that we are always in God's hands no matter what choice we make, that our soul is always safe and eternal, and that our bodies have a powerful intelligence beyond our mere limited mind.
It is time to walk like a fearless, spiritual warrior, and take a step out of the looping indecision. Make a choice, any choice ... and remember that there is no wrong choice. That is all it takes ... to take the first step. All paths lead to God and to our divine light. There are no wrong turns.
We may never be able to find a clear choice as we once did. It is a new world that we are entering, and the way that we navigated in our old world has already shifted. It is already gone, and it is not coming back. So quit waiting for it. I am sure that you noticed this already. It is time to face that paralysis called fear. Not taking a first step, any step, is the only reason that you are having fear in the first place. Begin to take bold steps into the uncertainly even if you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel, or you can't see where you are going to end up. This life is an adventure; not a guided tour. No one knows the future anymore, or how all this will end up. At the moment, we can only guess at possible outcomes based on contaminated old programs. This is the root of most of the confusion, and it is also highly unreliable in these fluctuating energies.
When we brave the path of the unknown, it is a given that there will be fear. In fact, fear is how you know you are on the right path. Old routine paths never trigger uncertainty. Taking a new direction in life always comes with apprehension, or at the very least, a heart pounding anticipation. When we deeply face all of our fears, we also learn where they came from, and how they have controlled us. We discover that fear routinely chooses the need for safety over our growth. We want a guarantee of a comfortable outcome. Old wounds and traumas create a lack of trust that subconsciously steer us away from our divine freedom. We like to rely on things we were taught, instead of trusting our hearts in the present moment. So we get stuck in looping, mind tapes and sugar coated denial to avoid taking our power back. This fear is simply you forgetting who you truly are ... a brilliant expression of God! Yes that is you! No doubt, it is.
When we remember who we truly are, we can heal our deepest wounds within us and in humanity. We can also heal all the wounds and traumas in our ancestral lineages all the way to many ages past. What we do for ourselves, we are also doing for all living beings, because WE ARE ONE. So here we go. Are you in? ... Take a step.
